If your reservation is accepted by DrVilla°Suits , you acknowledge and agree that your stay will be subject to the DrVilla°Suits accommodation terms and conditions. DrVilla°Suits may change these terms and conditions without notice. The reservation and the terms and conditions mentioned here in are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. We confirm and undertake that the confidentiality of your personal information is essential for us and that it will not be shared with any third party, institution or organization other than the authorities authorized by Law. All responsibility for the links on our site and their contents belong to their respective owners, the privacy principles are determined by the links' own privacy policies. DrVilla°Suits cannot be held responsible for any problems caused by these connections . Every user who visits this site and is active on the site is deemed to have accepted the conditions written here.
Fees may differ depending on the change in your arrival/departure dates and villa type. The maximum number of guests for each villa depends on the villa type (please refer to your villa type description for details). Children aged 12 and over are accommodated as adults. All room charges include 8% VAT .
A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. The amount specified on the reservation form page and e-mail will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking. Debit cards are not valid. The name on your credit card must match the name you use for the reservation. Otherwise, your reservation cannot be guaranteed and may be cancelled. Credit card, photo ID of the cardholder and registered guests must be presented when checking into the villa. On the day of arrival, DrVilla°Suits can pre-authorize your credit card to ensure you have enough to cover your entire stay . If the credit card is declined, invalid or not available, another form of payment may be requested. Otherwise, the reservation may be canceled without notice.
Cancellation/Refund conditions; If the reservation is canceled by the Guest up to 21 days before the check-in time, the full amount paid will be refunded, no refund will be made after 21 days or less from the check-in time and a 100% deduction will be applied.
The entrance time to the villa is 15:00 and the departure time is 11:00 at noon .

Free and unlimited wireless internet access is offered to all our guests.
Identity information of all our guests is entered into the security information system. Guests staying in villas must present a valid ID / passport. Except for our guests, whose identity information is recorded before the stay, later visitor admission is not allowed for security reasons. If there will be visitor participation later, provided that the maximum number of guests is not exceeded, it will be possible to submit a valid ID beforehand and to allow the accommodation by being registered, otherwise all legal responsibility will be on our guests who have registered for the first time.
Pets are not allowed in our villas.
DrClub Loyalty program are non-transferable and non - cashable .
Due to the heat sensors available in our villas , it is not possible to smoke indoors.
Penal sanctions that may occur in violation of Environmental Health and Safety are the responsibility of the guests staying.
If damages or deficiencies that may occur due to the use of the guests staying in the villas are detected, the credit card will be charged at first, and if it is not sufficient, the guest will be requested to cover the remaining amount. Antalya courts are authorized for any disputes that may arise in this regard.
